How many times have you heard the quotation "you are what you eat"? So simple, so easily understood, yet so often ignored. A healthy diet is one of the best ways to keep your body fit and healthy, plus of course, the daily exercise regimen. The unappetizing reality is this : despite the availability of nutritious food, majority of people worldwide still opt for the less healthier choices. The problem is simple: majority of us still don't eat a balanced or wholesome diet. I will admit, i am one of them! Studies show that in the US alone, only 10% of people eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables, going instead for processed foods like french fries, white bread, enriched pasta and tons of meat, meat, meat. (Okay, i admit again, i am one of them!).
The naked truth is this: we lack the adequate information about health, diet and nutrition. Another naked truth: we are often bombarded everyday by an avalanche of diet information and we don't know which is which? I am so happy to find out there is a website called Naked Nutrition Network . You can find out varied and credible information with regards to anything about health topics, more so about Fat Loss Nutrition. I am loving this site and i am enjoying all the articles like: What is the Best Way to Lose Weight, Fat Burning Resistance Training, and all the Latest on Nutrition Research. Now, isn't this website a very appetizing one? I agree fully!
